rel=”nofollow” red dashed box removal

    Hi there,
    I have been researching for some days now but couldn`t find a real answer to my problem:

    I understand the use of having rel=”nofollow” on links in the comments area, but I dont want it to be surrounded by a red and dashed ugly border (box).

    It is not something in my css or template for that I am almost sure.

    I also get this on my dashboard.
    Gosh I hate these boxes.

    Any clues?
