    Could you please check by disabling other plugins on your website and see if any of them are causing any conflict. If the issue persists, please create a ticket here so that we can look into the issue in detail.

    At the moment we have a lot of traffic on the homepage because of the football World Cup. That’s why I do not want to tinker with the backend right now.
    On a football-free day I will try your suggestion once. ??

    If I remember correctly, the error only occurs from version 1.5.7 on, before there were no conflicts with the existing pluggins.

    Theme: Avada 5.5.2
    WP-version: 4.9.6

    Theme pluggins:
    – Fusion Builder
    – Fusion Core

    pluggins:
    – Contact Form 7
    – Duplicate Post
    – Simple Calendar
    – MailPoet 3 (New)
    – Remove Widget Titles
    – Rename wp-login.php
    – Yoast SEO
    – WordPress database backup

    Anyway, I’ll try it at on occasion…
