Reload clean copy of " GohouDanon"

I have a big issue. Someone built my website ( https://www.gohoudanon.com ) as an exact image of ( https://www.grigrinews.com ).Now ipage says my theme “GohouDanon” is corrupted and that I need to reload a clean copy of the theme. I DONT HAVE A CLOU !
Indeed my web site https://www.gohoudanon.com now comes up as one column which the theme “twenty-twenty”.
Could you please help reload the original theme in order for ipage to correct the issue?
