    Hello.

    Is there meant to be a little reload image that rotates next to the maths problem? I am seeing some kind of broken image icon. Please let me know where this image is supposed to come form. Perhaps some other script on my site is interfering with it.

    The styles for reloading captcha comes from “dashicons” font which is built-in WordPress core (https://developer.www.ads-software.com/resource/dashicons/#update). By its structure, it’s rather an icon than an image. It seems like there is a problem with font download.
    Please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

    1) Try activating a standard WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Fourteen, Twenty Fifteen) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Try deactivating all of your plugins except CAPTCHA by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.

    I have discovered it is incompatible with the plugin S2 Member Framework when I have selected to use Login/Registration Page Customization (this provides styling for the login and registration page).
    Is there any kind of simple work-around you could recommend so I can leave this plugin as is and make sure the dashicons still work?

    Our plugin uses standard WordPress capabilities. As you can see, the problem is related to S2 Member Framework, so we recommend you to contact their support service with this issue. Of course, we can also help you with your problem if you really need this. This is a paid service.
