Relocate FB icon?

hello, my fb icon relocates and i cant find how to place it near the rest social icons! any help? thank you!

ALSO, please keep in mind that when i try to register with Facebook and press the icon the api pop up load and then it just redirects me to homepage, i dont know if its because that email is already registered or not.
