    Hi:

I just installed your plugin using the manual display mode and am wondering how I can relocate the icons from being centered in the grey area above the header, to being vertically centered within the header white space to the right of the logo text. The website is SierraFlair.com

Also I tried to deactivate the plugin until it is repositioned and it broke the site giving me a php error code on all pages. So is there something else that needs to be done to deactivate other than the “Deactivate” link in the WP plugin menu?

    Thanks – Kevin

  • Hello,
    Thanks for being with us,

You have used the php code to display the icons.

To deactivate, you needs to remove the code first.

If you need us to configure and place the icons for you, let us know the login by an email to info at acurax dot com and we will do it for you.

This is not fair. Your plugin is good but remove this issue. I’m sure you want to be activated forever but just do it in normal way!

    Hello,

This issue happened while they manually added the php code to their theme file.

We have updated our knowledge base article also with function exist condition for all php code to display icons. So deactivating will not cause any problem.

    Thanks for being with us.
