Remember Me problem

    i’m using yes/no

    i have to checked remember me to enter the website, then i test to disable remember me on options page, now i can’t enter the website

    Hi, thanks for raising this. I’ve not been able to reproduce this issue so can you tell me a bit more e.g., what browsers you’ve had the issue in, any caching solutions on you site, theme used and so on.

    i’m using chrome, not using any caching plugin, using yourstore wordpress themes.

    so i have to enabled remember me otherwise i can’t enter the web

    I’ve gone and had a look, it seems your server is using a varnish cache, I managed to get a 503 error:

    After I’d entered “yes” on the age gate to set the session, I then had a guess and went to /shop. As I’d passed the age gate, this page worked. However, going to it on a different browser still shows the content as it’s stored in the varnish cache.

    Unfortunately it’s not really viable to disable this via PHP and would need to be turned off by the system administrator. I have plans for beating caches, but I’m not sure if that’d help in this instance either.

    i’ve disabled varnish cache on my server and it works perfectly
