Remember prior use

  • It would be nice if when I insert an image and the WPG2 window closes, I am returned to the exact same position when I reopen WPG2.

    WPG2 apparently remembers my folder name, but it forgets which page I am on. So I still have to drill down to the page every time I return to WPG2.

    To clarify, by remembering folder, I mean that if I last selected an image from the Gallery2 album “family > vacation 2007”, it remembers that folder. But if I was on page 4 of 20 of this album when I selected the prior picture, it does not remember this page position on the next load.

    Many times I want to select pictures in chronological order, so this feature would help.

    We do not tend to monitor WordPress Forums for WPG2 posts as WPG2 has it’s own support forum. G2image, the tool you are using to select the images will only remember the folder not the page within the folder you are viewing, I will add your request to the suggested enhancements list

    Where is this forum?

    If I search Google for WPG2, it takes me to https://wpg2.galleryembedded.com/index.php?title=Main_Page which then directs me to https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wpg2/ which in turn instructs me to “write a new topic” (at the bottom of the page) if I “Got something to say? Need help?”. Is your plugin page referring me to an unsupported forum?
