Remember Query through pages?

Hi,
Query is super option but I need something more advanced.
My setup:
Show popup if: query not equal to “example”
I need this:
User land on page via Query parameter “example” > popup NOT show > user navigate to another page > popup NOT show (because he landed with predefined query parameter).

For now, if user navigate away from query landed page, popup will show up.
Like this:
User land on page via Query parameter > popup NOT show (good) > user navigate to another page > popup show (not good)

Can you implement this option or how I can implement on my website? Thanks ??
