Remember sort order

Fantastic plugin. I did have a feature request/suggestion. Version 2.3.0 implemented sorting, but it’s not sticky. Could you implement support to make the sort order remembered upon page refresh to default to the last sort order?
An alternative approach is to implement dynamic sorting via plugin, with something such as:
