    So, my question is : Is at least one reminder sent to the member to let them know that their subscription will soon expire? Or do I have to buy the addon?

    Hi @jakours2,

    That message refers to the standard/default message that you can enable or disable. For example: “Activate Subscription Email“,?“Expired Subscription Email“, “Pending Manual Payment Email“, etc. Note: In case you enable these emails, then these emails are only sent when that action has already happened.

    Now regarding the email reminder functionality, that is available only in the paid versions. We are not allowed to speak about the paid versions here. In case you would like to have that conversation please open a support ticket using our site?https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/.
