    I don’t see anything specific on that website like an email appointment reminder. I see that it can be done by SMS but not by email. Can you assure me that this can also be done by email? And if so, do you have any steps to follow to activate it?

    Hi @bellhogar you need to purchase Extension plugin and install it. Inside Admin section you will have new option called Connect > Notification. There you just select Mail as notification type and set reminder/follow up email templates.
