Reminder Emails are not Sending

    My Review Reminder is no longer working. I have YaySMTP plugin Manager so it logs & lets me know all e-mails have been sent out. The last time Review Reminder sent out a message was on Nov. 5th. which was set on the 10 days after completed. I changed it to 5 days on Nov. 6th and ever since I changed it to 5 days it has never sent another message to any customers. I just now went in and changed it to 3 days. Does it make a impact on your Reminder being sent went the Completed order message is sent with a added note to the customer and that is when woocommerce sends another message saying Note added to your order to the Customer ? How can I get this fixed so the Review Reminder Emails will be sent ?

    Hello,

    Please check if the customers who have orders with qualified status have reviewed your items before. Our plugin only sends a review reminder email to customers who have never reviewed the item. This feature was mentioned in the product description. https://nimb.ws/qK6OpZ

    Hello angelagrey,
    I appreciate your reply, but unfortunately that isn’t the case. No one has left any reviews yet on those items purchased and they are first time customers too. Not sure how to get it fixed. Thanks for trying though.
