Reminder mail stay on Pending

    Hi, I found that the Reminder mails are not sent, the status is Pending and that’s it.
    I found that’s happen when plugin PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce By?WP Overnight is ON.

    When I disabled the PDF plugin, yours sending the reminders, after that when I enable it again, yours send only the first email in my first test after activation and no more at all, just the first one which I try, after that no matter how many test I do just nothing. The settings of the PDF plugin are DO NOT send invoces at all (only manual if needed) if that have some matter.

    I can’t find any errors in any log file.

    I hope you can help me with that.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Seems you’re using the pro version of our plugin as you mention status “Pending”, this status in Orders list is only available in the pro version.

    I’ve tested on my site with PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Photo Reviews, the review reminder emails were sent successfully and I also received them.

    Have you tested for conflict yet? It could also be caused by compatibility with other plugins.

    If not, I would recommend running a full conflict test as described here:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

    It’s very possible that another plugin (or possibly even your theme) is causing the trouble, and this will help you identify the culprit.

    Thanks for your reply. Yes I using the pro version, but I don’t have a support there anymore, sorry about that.

    Yes I did the conflict test that’s how I get to this plugin (pdf invoices). Unfortunately I don’t see any errors anywhere, but what I’m thinking is if your plugin use a cron to send the reminders just the cron stop working after the first time used. If is not a cron job, I really have no idea.

    Hi,

    I’ve tested on my site but I don’t encounter this problem. The review reminder emails are sent properly. It’s site-specific issue so I think there’s another conflict on your site.

    Can you please demonstrate the problem and how you replicate it on your site with a video record? It’d be great if you can include the settings of each plugin in your video and specific steps.

    I think, the problem get fixed it self…

    I just re-save the settings on the both plugins without changing anything and wait few day to see is the all reminders works. And they was sent so I hope they will continue work.
