Reminder not working for some reason

hi,
i realised that my auto reminder (7 days) is not working well (wp cron + no verification option). Sometime is working, sometimes no.
Since 24.10 i see there are some problems. Till this date all orders in woocommerce dashboard have status: “sent 1 reminder” or “received 1 review” – thats is correct.
After 24.10 – most of orders has status “didnt send any reminder yet”. This is about 90% orders. Rest 10% has correct status “sent 1 reminder”.
What may be the reason? My plugins are always up to date.
I downloaded wpcron plugin to check if system registers any ivole cron job and its happening – after I close order something shows in cron schedule with ivole status and number of order so its should work.
For this week i tested it more and for 2 orders reminder was sent automatically correct. I thought problem disappeared and today for next 2 orders it didnt send… Can you help me?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I closed order nr #25726 on 8.12.2023.
Reminders should be sent on 15.12.2023.
In order detail #25726 there is information that its correctly scheduled:

its in polish but after translate its clear information: “CR: review reminder has been successfully scheduled for December 15, 2023 10:54 am (CET)”.
But in woocommerce dashboard same order does not have any information about it.

It displays that:
No reminders have been sent yet*
….* it should be something like “Reminder scheduled for December 15, 2023, 09:30 (CET)”.
I see also that this order does not show in Reviews -> Reminders list.One more thing:
i’m almost sure that this order (#25726) and some more like 4-5 were added to this list (reviews -> reminders): https://ibb.co/4jc3nGn.
I remember that I checked immediately after closed order the list and more of them were there. I check it right now and there are just 2 of them (closed today – 12.12.2023).8.12.2023 – i closed 4 orders in system and none of them are scheduled. They disappeared from the reminder list… (and same as example described above – in order details there is a note that they are scheduled on 15.12.2023 but they are not in the sending list)
12.12.2023 – today – i closed 2 orders and at this moment they are visible in reminder list but probably will disappear?Maybe its the tip for you that something is removing them from the schedule? is it possible?

I did another investigation.
I placed 2 orders now
– 25986 – i behaved like real customer and placed order from incognito mode
– 25987 – i created it manually inside woocommerce dashboard.
After that i closed both orders and conclusion:
– 25986 – does not sign for cron!
– 25987 – cron is correctly planed after 7 days.
Update: after 30 min i created 100% same order like 25986 – I orderd same product, same quantity, same fields filled during order and after that when i close order its correctly signed for cron.
Im totally confused. I cannot find any reason why is happening randomly
Although I can’t find the reason, it seems to me that the problem most often occurs with orders placed by customers themselves (I don’t know what significance it has)I didn’t install new plugins or make any changes.
Can we somehow check the details of the late event? It seems that cron works correctly – I generate xml for google merchant and it always works ok. The rest is as I described – wp cron works correctly for cusrev in some cases.
I can’t find a reason why one order that I added today was rejected by the schedule and the remaining 8 (I tried various combinations, without VAT number, order as a private person / company, not completing some fields) went through without any problems.
Cart fragments should have nothing to do with cron.
Disable bloat – here I do not have any changes affecting cron selected
Asset cleanup pro – the same.
BURST API REST – I don’t know what it is.
I use the flyingpress optimization plugin and their support told me that it was nothing on their part.
I also contacted my hosting company and they also confirmed that it was not their fault.
Can you take a look at the ticket on your website? Is there any useful information that could help diagnose the problem?To summarize all this: only for some closed orders there is a problem but I can’t figure out what is the cause. This is something that happened overnight.
The strangest thing is that today 1/9 of the orders I made had an error and did not “jump” into the schedule mode immediately after closing it (even though the order page shows that they were scheduled). Sending email notifications is the most important function for me in your plugin ??
I also read that the “a scheduled event is late” notification is standard in WordPress and you shouldn’t worry about it. I checked this notification in site health and now its gone (there is only one warning about plugin update).

1. yesterday I closed few orders – for 3/5 it worked properly. For 2/5 i had to change status 2 times. During these operations i had all plugins turned on.
It seems that its not plugin problem because
– I’m using them from the beginning
– i didnt change any important settings [only update them]
– i also checked settings in very detailed way [asset cleanup pro is just for disable assets, disable bload is for few thins – nothing with wpcron and flyingpress is for general optimization/cache – developer said me that their plugin has nothing to do with cron]
– today i closed another 3 orders and all with 100% success with all of the plugins turned on

– cr note means: “CR: review reminder has been successfully scheduled for December 25, 2023 9:45 am (CET).”
– for both “closes” there is a same message.
– 09:33 that was first close – during this the only message was here in note, in Reviews -> Reminders -> there were no order number
– 09:45, second close, properly scheduled in Reviews -> Reminders
3. I turned on debugging. Unfortunately i wasnt able te reproduce error today… I closed 3 orders and with 100% success.
4. I dont… Settings was all the time same. Caching was enabled all the time.
I checked log for some errors and looked for anything with cron:

1 more thing: in tools -> site health: there is no more info about delayed actions. for last 5-6 days i checked it everyday and it has no any error
Should i keep wp-debug for next days and keep testing? and when I encounter error with cron check log for it?

i saw that action_scheduler_run_queue problem is again displayed in site health…. after i refreshed page it disappeared -
