    the customer reported me that he doesn’t receive any review remind , when I try to manually send it , its shows the message like below :

    Error: the customer has unsubscribed from emails.

    but I check the recent order , the reminder is still schedule for other order and send OK order .

    how to fix it ?

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    That means the customer has unsubscribed and does not receive any emails from your shop address. If they want to re-subscribe and receive emails, you can send them this link

    https://www.cusrev.com/unsubscribe?shop=your-site.com&[email protected]

    Then click on the button “Re-subscribe” to re-subscribe. Remember to change your site address and customer email when sending the link.
