    After the recent update, when we try to do refunds on orders, the message keeps appearing “Remote ID for parent order not found.” and the refund is not processed.

    There are no options to disable this feature. This is an urgent matter, could you please assist?

    Hi @codecoruan,

    Thanks for reaching out about Facebook for WooCommerce! I’m so sorry about the errors that were happening when trying to process a refund – as @jramosrojo mentioned, we have recently released an update that should resolve this issue.

    Could you please try updating to version 2.1.3 and let us know if you are still seeing the same issue?
