Remote Post / PayPal IPN Issues after 2.6.1

  • WooCommerce has been working flawlessly for me until I updated to the latest and now PayPal is not sending back Paid/transaction Validation so the order Cancels.

    I’ve contacted my web server 3shost and so far no reply but they did update my PHP version and MySQL to latest but I know my curl seems outdated?

    7.36.0, OpenSSL/0.9.8b

    wp_remote_post() failed. PayPal IPN won’t work with your server. Contact your
    hosting provider. Error: Unsupported SSL protocol version

    Any other work arounds or suggestions please. I have a WHM / CPanel Reseller account with them.
