    Is it possible to send backups to remote storage that is not currently integrated (eg: TransferChain)?

    Also, the send a message feature on the chat bot isn’t working. You can’t proceed after it asks you to fill in your name.

    Hello @scandidesignco ,

    1. To automatically transfer backup files to external storage locations that are not yet supported by the plugin itself, I guess you could use some 3rd party integration tools like Zapier. TransferChain is currently not on the Backup Migration roadmap for the near future.
    2. Support Chat widget within the plugin also requires you to fill in the email, make sure you do that as well before proceeding.
