Alright, I am closing this topic to new replies. The pile on and mistakes about GDPR is wrong and incorrect. I have archived those less useful replies.
The GDPR addresses many things related to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and links in a topic or reply is not that and never has been.
Read this topic from 2018. It covers it well.

The GDPR has never been a stick to get links removed. That’s wrong. Attempting to use that important regulation for that reason is inappropriate and not a valid reason to do that. Links are not PII.
This is not a matter of debate or popular opinion. The WordPress Foundation (stop saying Automattic, that too is very wrong) had specialists look at this and the following link explains the policy and process.

In the middle of that is the process for obtaining your data export for yourself as well as requesting data erasure.
An implemented Data Erasure Request will not remove your posts, your replies or your reviews here. That is not PII either and please do not think doing that will remove the links. It will not.
I am now closing this topic.
