Remove a Page from the Menu

Hi all,

I’ve searched for it and found several links, but none are good for a solution.

I would like to have a page that does not show up in the main menu (not a blog post, but a page). It cannot show up as a child, but actually a hidden page that only shows up when someone has the link (clicked on at another site).

Any ideas or current plug ins?
