Remove a ‘special thanks’ link from a php file?

On my site the theme includes a Special Thanks link which is created in the below code in the footer.php file.

I wish to remove the link because I will not use any of the pre-provided media that came with the theme.The problem is that I don’t know which parts to remove or comment out. Can someone help?
I would be very grateful for any help.
