Remove a specific image

Is it possible to remove a specific image from the list of images that are genereated? Take a look at https://advancedoors.se/ and go down to end of content of page 1. There’s 12 images that are genereated with your great plugin. I want not to display the image with the three girls. Is it possible to exclude a specific image like that?
