At some point I uploaded a single video as a test as the one freebie and I am trying to figure out how to find it to remove it and replace it with a real one. I only need the one free video but it’s telling me I used my one free slot but I cannot see/find the test video anywhere. How can I replace it?

    Hi @ccolotti

Great site name! (New Englander here)

I’ve deleted the video that was counting as your free video. Can you see if you can upload a video now?

@bruceallen thank you, wish there was a way to manage those uploaded videos from the dashboard but I will try in a bit. Also just curious but is a video uploaded and served by VideoPress using the sites server “bandwidth” or is that stream offloaded like an embeded YouTube link? I have been hitting some odd bandwidth usage and the video was hosted onsite with a regular “video” block and I think that may have been the culprit.

The bandwidth goes through our servers, not yours. VideoPress is video hosting, so all storage, bandwidth etc, is handled through our servers.

    Hi @ccolotti

The video is playing wicked great for me. Are you still seeing an error?

    Hi there @ccolotti,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
