Remove “Add Page”

I have downloaded the plugin “User Role Capabilities” and works great for setting up editors, except I need to remove “Add Page” on the top of the Pages page. I need to have the edit_other_pages on so another plugin “Team” can publish the bio pages (otherwise they set to “submit to review”), but when I do it gives them access to creating new pages.

What can I add to remove that “Add Page” at the top?
