Remove addition CAPTCHA field

Greetings,

I’ve recently enabled reCAPTCHA v3 for my contact form, and I’d like to remove the math addition field that was there before:

However, I do not see where this simple CAPTCHA field is being added from. It does not seem to exist in my Form structure, nor does it appear to be an option anywhere in the form settings.
