"Remove AddThis" and setting "AddThis Sharing buttons" to off ignored

I installed the plugin, configured it to show the sidebar on posts and pages only. Then when I go to a specific page and try to disable the plugin for that page it ignores my settings and shows up anyways. I have tried all possible configurations for this and none of them work. I’m using the 4.2.3 version of WP and the latest version of the plugin (5.0.12).

The sidebar doesn’t display on the homepage (as configured). I “turned it off” for these two pages (but it still shows):
