Remove adsense ad

  • My client added an AdSense ad with Ad Injection. The plugin didn’t work as we’d hoped, so I deactivated and uninstalled it. The ad is still there, even after deleting cache. How do I get rid of it? I want to use a different plug-in and place the ads differently. There is no support from Ad Injection.

    Sorry to hear about this!

    Maybe double check that you don’t have a server-side cache (a WordPress plugin, or a service on your server/CloudFlare)

    That would be kinda crumby if the code was kept in there somehow, maybe try installing a the plugin again, looking for an option to remove the ads, then delete the plugin again.

    Hi Tyler,
    Thanks. I did trying reinstalling, turning everything off, and deleting again. It didn’t work. My client doesn’t have a server-side cache, but I can try a plug-in.
