Remove all billing fields during checkout

    Hello,

    Apologies if this is a really obvious question but is it okay to remove the billing fields from checkout? My website requires users to login to order and guest checkout is turned off. So these billing fields are just an extra step and not necessary. I wanted to check if after removing the billing fields it will still work with Stripe and Paypal gateways that are connected to my Woocommerce shop? Or do they require billing field info to process payment? Thank you.

    When you’re using a credit card gateway like Stripe, it’s important to keep in mind that the billing address fields are required. If you hide or change them, it could mess up payments or raise red flags for fraud.

    So, if you’re setting up a payment gateway that takes card payments, I’d suggest keeping all the billing address fields visible and letting customers fill in their details.
