    Hi support,

Ive been having many issues with the Yoast seo plugin. A few examples:
When the plugin is activated the site health page does not load (without plugin it works). The yoast sitemap is 404, i have followed some instructions i found that tell me to update the permalink structure. It works and then it becomes 404 again after a bit. I am trying to remove all data for the yoast seo plugin from the database. I have tried deleting the yoast plugin but when i re install it all the data is still there. I would like to re install it as if it is the first time installing it and not have the data that i have entered (for example the metatags and any other data the yoast seo plugin has).
    Any help is appreciated,
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

If you want to remove all traces of our plugins, you’ll need to do the following:

    1. Please search the database for entries containing wpseo and manually remove the data.
    2. Please search the database for entries containing wp_yoast and manually remove the data. Those entries are:

    wp_yoast_indexable
    wp_yoast_indexable_hierarchy
    wp_yoast_migrations
    wp_yoast_primary_term
wp_yoast_prominent_words (note: only available in Yoast SEO Premium)
    wp_yoast_seo_links
    wp_yoast_seo_meta

    When i search for these:

    wp_yoast_indexable
    wp_yoast_indexable_hierarchy
    wp_yoast_migrations
    wp_yoast_primary_term
wp_yoast_prominent_words (note: only available in Yoast SEO Premium)
    wp_yoast_seo_links
    wp_yoast_seo_meta

    There are no results.
Only when i search wpseo i have results and also wp_yoast i find results but am afraid if i delete it will effect the site.

    Hello,

Since your aim is to remove all traces of the Yoast SEO plugin, that should have no impact on your site. It will only affect the plugin which you want to remove, anyway.
