Try to add the below code to the Customize > Custom CSS section to disable the ALL option

ul.result-count li:last-child, ul.result-count li:nth-last-child(2)::after {
    display: none;
}

Hiding with css it’s not going to be solution, since this option can make entire website down

Okay, there is no default option to do this in OceanWP. Try this code in your staging site to check it. After that add it to your live site.
