Remove 'ALL" view at first use of plugin

Hello.

I love the plugin so far and after reading through your support was able to remove the ‘ALL” text from the categories. My problem is that it still defaults to showing all portfolio items on the page where the plugin is.
Is it possible to just use another category (or none) as the default?
