Remove Analytics Code

Hi guys, I love your plugin.
I have an issue: I need to replace the Google Analytics code, so I deactivated the Google Kit plugin.
Yet, I see that the AMP version of my website have the code, while the non-AMP have not.Is there a way to massively remove the Google Analytics code in the AMP pages?
