Remove Animation from Members listing

I had to make some customizations to the members layout and I would now like to disable the repositioning animation that happens on this page. Every time I scroll down the page or go on to the next page it triggers a repositioning of the member blocks.
Ive been searching through the code but havent found when to disable this. I believe this animation is handled by the um-members.js file but I can’t determine what part of the code controls that.
I would appreciate any help with this. Thank you
