    Great simple plugin. But when I add details to the order emails (I created custom bank accounts) this is shown across all the emails, and for a completed order this makes no sense, since it has already been paid. How can I disable this?

    This has now been implemented in the latest version. You can now select valid order statuses for which an instructions email can be sent.
