Remove banner

    dear Staff, days ago appeared a banner for your survey. I filled it but the banner is still at the top of my admin dashboard. Can you please help me to remove? The classic X on the righr top doesn’t work to close it.

    Hi @benna69,

    We checked this but we can’t replicate this issue on our development store. Maybe you have an conflict with some another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.

    I have the same here, the banner won’t go away.

    me too, doesnt help to deactivate and activate again either
