Remove black bars on videos

  • Hi.

    I have a video in a rounded corner ‘block’ (?) to contain a video. Whilst (where I want to) I can upload an image of the correct dimensions to fit fully into that rounded edge shape, when the video plays I have black bars top and bottom:

    What settings to do I need to adjust? Do I need to size the video in Canva to 577 x 386 (which are the settings that are showing for the video) and then if I link to the video in those dimensions, it wouldn’t have the black lines?

    Any help v much appreciated. I’ve figured out how to do it with a video that I’ve not set to autoplay in terms of setting a static image that fills the rounded element perfectly but again, once you do press Play, it has the black bars top and bottom as well.

    I should add I’m doing the editing using Beaver Builder.
