Remove blog features from custom menu screens

    Hi there,

    Nice plugin, works fine!

    I’m currently writing a blog post about deactivating blogging features with your plugin for my German WordPress blog.

    During testing the plugin I noticed that posts, categories and tags are still shown as menu types on Appearance > Menus. Might be a good idea to remove these as well? Just as an idea ??
