Remove "Blog" Look

  • My website is thelonetree.org and I want to remove the blog look on my pages. Mainly on the home page, it says posted by, my username. I do not want that, nor do I want the share box on the right and corner. How can I remove this? Anything will help so please speak your mind. ??
