Remove Blog Page Text

    How do I get rid of the text “Blog Page” on the theme home page? Its in big bold print off to the left of the page and I cant get rid of it or get to that field on the theme to make it say something else. Please help!

    go to Admin Dashboard : Appearance > Theme Options
    section “Blog Settings”
