Remove blog slider – Swift theme

    Need help to remove the slider at the top of the blog page. It is a static page, with no other content (nothing added in the edit area). Have looked through all the customize pages for both the WP install, and the Swift customizers. Info there on changing image, and sizes, but does not appear to be option to omit either slider at page top, or thumbnails.

    kept poking around – finally found the fix in theme options. weary eyes…doh!
    HOMEPAGE SETTINGS: uncheck “Enable featured post slider” (it says for “homepage” but applies to posts page)
