Remove blue lines from top of header

If you mean the blue lines at the top of the page, it’s an image. You could use this:

body {
    background: none;
}

What if you wanted to change the color of the bar?

@goodsuccess, if you want to do that, you will have to UPLOAD your own image of a bar with the color you want (that you find or make) into the images folder and name it the same thing: “border_top.png”, deleting the original “border_top.png” file. You will have to do this via ftp or from within your file manager section of your hosting account.
