remove border from widgets-holder-wrap

on the classic style there is no border to this class “widgets-holder-wrap” of the div of widget area

and white border was applied to inside div of the widgets-sortables class

I hope you will revert as it was with border inside of widgets-holder-wrpat of the child div…

Because now the width is 2 px bigger and this increase the widget holder wrap size for outside elements from 283px to 285px
