Remove button acting weird

  • Hi,

    I am using a Samsung Note 8. After adding products to the cart, it is impossible to Remove the products. There is nothing happening when touching the items in the popup order summary.

    Then, the only option for a customer is to Checkout, but even on the Checkout page, there is no option to remove products (woocommerce is built this way).

    Also, on a computer, you need to hover the mouse pointer on top, to see the button. Not intuitive for older customers.

    I wish the Remove button was there, without having to try to hover and try to find it. Our customers are older people, not website developers. It should be visible at all times. An overengineered plugin is not always the best solution for simple people.

    Solutions?

    Also, we need the additional functionality in the Pro version, so we will buy the paid version. However we cannot buy it if these simple things are not fixed. Thank you.

    Actually here are some additional details:

    On desktop: if you leave from the page and come back, or reload the page, they hover won’t work anymore. You need to actually click on the product, for the Remove button to showup. The, if you add a new product to your existing order, the hover will work again.

    On Mobile: the remove button will show if you do the order in 1 session. If you leave the Menu page and come back, or if you reload the page, the Remove button won’t show anymore. As soon as you add another product to your order, the Remove button will show again.

    Can you simplify this, for the Remove button to show there at all times please?

    To be honest I am sure most people don’t need the fancy hovering options, they just want simple and intuitive online orders.

    Suggestions on how to fix it in the short term?

    So … switching to Basic Style in the Plugin options fixed the issue, the Remove button will remain there at all times.

    Ok, thank you. Will look into the issue. The theme used can also play a role here.
