Remove Cache Buster Query Parameter

Does this feature work with Free plan.

Both warnings on both the plugin and the link mention the free plan and enterprise/business plan with this plugin.

The plugin mentions that SOME rulings cannot be used with a free plan but doesn’t say you can’t use this with a free plan.

While

The link mentions that you cannot use this with a free plan at all.
The image on the link is an older image of the plugin itself, but worded differently.

These are both worded slightly different and imply different warnings.
