Remove Call To Action

I am going through the WPBeginner tutorial on learning WordPress: WordPress Tutorial – How to Make a WordPress Website for Beginners and I’m on the part about changing the header and add a “Call To Action”. But that Call to Action button is there and I can’t figure out how to delete it. It says “The header on this page is set to Transparent Header”. Nowhere on here can I figure out how to remove the “Call to Action”.

Any suggestions?
