Remove Card Conversion

  • When the user selects card payments and enters their card details, PayPal add in the conversion, we would like for this conversion section to not be shown as the amount conflicts with other exchange rates sites such as Google.

    Which is causing confusion for our clients customers as the customers are billed in USD.

    Please provide a solution to stop this exchange rate from being shown.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

    I would like to clarify that this issue is specifically related to the Standard Card Button gateway, which is entirely managed by PayPal. Our plugin integrates this gateway for the user, but its functions, including the currency conversion function, are directly controlled by PayPal.

    Given this, the best course of action would be to contact?PayPal Merchant Technical Support.
