Remove ‘categories’ from top of dropdown

Well, I finally have my post displaying.
I’m sorry you weren’t able to reply to my post on the PluginUs support page you suggested.

So, how do I remove the label ‘categories’ from the first position of the filter dropdowns?
I want it just to display the first, main category, in this case ‘current vacancies’
and then each related category as the dropdowns update.

Hope do I do this?
