As this theme (The7) isn’t free, people here can’t see it’s code and provide you any help. The best way to have some help is contacting the theme support.

That said, what you can do is look for where this div with class page-title-head is generated and try to override it’s behavior somehow. Probably the best way is throught a child theme. Good luck!
