Remove category from posts

Hello,
Just wondering if someone can please assist me.
I’m currently using Colorlib Sparkling theme, my website is thecreativecanvass.com I would like to remove the category next to the date under my post heading once you click on a post e.g. https://thecreativecanvass.com/garden-overhaul/
Is there a way I can do this? I want to keep the date.
